# Risk Disclosures

Clawglasses is an early-stage network involving hardware, cryptocurrency, and consumer wearables. Prospective participants should consider the following risks before acquiring devices, License NFTs, or $SIGHT.

***

**Hardware risk** — Supply chain delays, manufacturing defects, or regulatory holds may delay device delivery and reward eligibility.

**Token volatility** — $SIGHT is a volatile asset. License NFT mint costs, Vision Credit USD pricing, and reward USD value will fluctuate with market price.

**Regulatory risk** — DePIN networks, real-world data collection, and crypto rewards are subject to evolving regulation including data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), securities classification, and import/export controls on AI hardware. The Foundation will cooperate with regulators in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes.

**Privacy risk** — Vision data captured by users may inadvertently include third parties. The protocol enforces on-device redaction for faces, license plates, and screens, and provides public opt-out registries. Participants are nonetheless responsible for capture practices in their jurisdictions.

**Competitive risk** — Established hardware platforms (Meta, Snap, Apple) operate at scale and may enter adjacent data markets.

**Smart-contract risk** — Protocol contracts will be audited prior to mainnet, but no audit eliminates risk entirely. The Foundation maintains a public bug-bounty program.

**Parameter risk** — Initial parameters in this litepaper are first proposals. CIP-driven changes may materially alter rewards, costs, or mechanics over time.
